M&S is shortlisted for the Corporate Citizen of the Year award and is described as being “in a class of its own” when it comes to corporate social responsibility.

M&S’ groundbreaking sustainability initiative, Plan A, was launched a decade ago. Today, M&S remains resolutely focused on its sustainability targets, and is the only carbon-neutral retailer.
