We created a comprehensive campaign to promote awareness and support for IHG’s global switch to Google mail and its added-value services. This campaign included a mini-guide, a mix of promotional materials, animated films and workshop tools.

A range of communications tools were created to enable IHG’s global regions to tailor the way they explained the changes to their own teams’ needs.
Gmail experts were on hand throughout the transition to help with training and answer any queries.
A set of simple animations explained the reasons for the change, the process and what to expect, and interactive guides and tools on IHG’s intranet helped people through the transition.
