Helping a successful business to grow in a small and crowded marketplace.

Westbury asked us to address two challenges. Firstly, to reposition themselves so they were able to compete more effectively in a niche market through a premium positioning. Secondly, to bring cohesion to two specialist building companies: Westbury Garden Rooms and Westbury Windows and Joinery.

We were involved in all aspects of the rebrand, from the creation of a new upmarket and sophisticated brand persona to implementation across marketing collateral, key brochures and website. We created a ‘brother/sister’ relationship between the two businesses, communicating the Westbury offer more clearly to its clients.
