Over the last four years we’ve helped Ultra, the defence technology business, to transform itself from an assortment of autonomous companies to a fully unified organisation, guided by a clear purpose and its new ‘One Ultra’ strategy, and conveyed through its vibrant new brand, website and investor communications.

The new group website went live to coincide with the brand launch and Capital Market Day. We then continued to build out new functionality and content, including migrating over key product and service content from Ultra’s 18 operating companies’ websites, whilst advising on and implementing various SEO strategies.

The annual report describes progress against the One Ultra strategy, as well as confirming the recommended offer from Advent/Cobham; while the Sustainability report focuses on Ultra’s commitment to delivering social value through its ‘A positive force’ framework.
